It’s time to lace up those running shoes and head for the hills as Constantia Glen hosts a 5km breakfast fun run/walk.

The breakfast fun run, which is taking place this Sunday, 15 November, takes you through the picturesque Constantia Glen wine estate.

The route winds its way from Constantia Glen’s tasting room through budding vineyards and up and down the rolling hills of the farm. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome.

Good Food, Wine and Views

Located on the upper reaches of the Constantiaberg, Constantia Glen is one of the jewels of the Constantia Valley, home of South African wine with a proud winemaking history dating back to 1685.

It has a unique position cradled between the Constantiaberg and Table Mountain (World Heritage Site) ranges.

In addition to the rich heritage, this boutique wine farm in Cape Town offers wine tastings, delicious food, and unbeatable views, making it the perfect spot for a Sunday morning run in the wilderness.

A Cap Classique and Coffee

All participants receive a glass of Cap Classique and a coffee along with a delicious breakfast of a scrambled egg croissant with bacon, salmon, or avocado at the finish.

The breakfast fun run/walk starts at 08h30. Entries are priced at R220 per person and R120 for children. Tickets are limited so booking is essential.
