Inspired by the artistry of the Zulu people and the easy-going vibe of the region’s coastal lifestyle, the resort weaves cultural heritage into every detail. Bold patterns from traditional beadwork and woven baskets appear in building facades, while vibrant textiles and hand-crafted decor brighten up indoor spaces. The result? A modern Zulu-inspired haven that feels both grounded and global.
Open-air lounges, ocean-breezy terraces, and design elements drawn from the surrounding natural world bring the outdoors in — letting guests sink into that laid-back Durban energy, whether they’re catching sunrise surf, roasting marshmallows by a beach bonfire, or simply swaying in a shaded cabana.
