Each meal-offering includes several stations that add to the culinary experience. A Charcutier station, Cured, Raw and Smoked station, a Live Station serving freshly shucked oysters, as well as the ultra-indulgent Caviar and Blini station, are available at each option.
Festive menu highlights include 21-day aged Angus beef, confit Salmon in addition to teasers of Ahi Tuna and crayfish.
Round off your meal with a cheese board that celebrates the best in local produce and a selection of festive puddings and desserts.

Celebrated for its extraordinary views over the city, View Restaurant is hosting a sophisticated tribute to the festive season through its fine-dining selection.
Conceptualized by Chef Daniel Payne and his team, View presents the gold-standard in dining; six-course tasting menus, served with Champagne, which is available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
The menu’s feature seasonal delights reinterpreted; from the delicate scallop tartare accompanied by Beluga Siberian caviar to the Bourbon glazed gammon with chargrilled pineapple.
Jacaranda Hill – New Year’s Eve Party on the Hill
