The Capitec Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival returns to the historic Huguenot Monument on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November 2025, promising a weekend of sparkling sophistication.

White, Blue, and Red

The 2025 edition promises a weekend of elegant indulgence, exceptional sparkling wines and gourmet flair, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Franschhoek Wine Valley. This year’s theme, “Champagne White With A Pop Of Blue And A Note Of Pinot Noir Red,” invites guests to dress the part. A fixture on the social calendar, the festival draws a discerning crowd eager to toast the season in one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine destinations.

Cap Classique & Champagne

Attendees can expect a tasting journey featuring the country’s leading Cap Classique producers complemented by a select offering of imported Champagnes. These fine wines will be available for sampling and purchase by the glass or bottle, while a refined range of gourmet food vendors will offer locally inspired cuisine, perfectly paired for bubbly enjoyment.

Live music throughout the weekend will set the tone for a vibrant and festive ambiance, while the much-anticipated Best Dressed Competition returns, offering premium prizes to those who embrace the theme with flair.

Tickets include a signature tasting flute and 10 Cap Classique tasting tokens.
Please note: No guests under the age of 18 will be permitted.
