The official anniversary begins with the symbolic “Finish What Was Started” commemorative walk, tracing the original historic route taken by the students of 1976. Afterwards, the energy moves to The Vilakazi Street Experience, a full-scale celebration featuring local restaurants, live jazz, public art, and creative entrepreneurs.
